I was at a store with my dad on May 1, 2013 to purchase a refrigerator. We made enquiries from this Lebanese man who runs the place about a certain product, let’s call it product X. My dad told the man that he liked the product and he will like to purchase it, the Lebanese man replied my dad, “it’s you who likes this product, I don’t like it. We have had several complaints from clients concerning this particular refrigerator”. I paused and was wondering if he was mad but later I discovered that it was the best thing to do in such a situation. I learnt a most valuable lesson worth more than a diamond that day, NEVER HIDE THE TRUTH TO MAKE A SALE.
