# Anchorage or Anchorage Connector

# Body Wear

Hardware must not be over sized. It should be manufactured in such a manner that it gets well-connected to the anchorage. Webbing differs from one brand to another. While choosing webbing, look at its strength. The stitch should be sturdy so that it does not tear while bearing weight. Lastly, a good padding yields to comfortable fittings. # Connecting Devices
For connecting the whole system, a lanyard is used. It is a connective device that joins the body, harness, and belt to the place of anchorage. Lanyards can be divided into two categories: non-shock absorbing and shock absorbing.
